                            RESOLUTION NO.    21169 
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                  AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
                  RELATIVE TO DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE UPGRADE
                  AND EXPANSION OF THE 19TH STREET PUMP STATION
                  FOR A CONTRACT AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FORTY
                  THOUSAND DOLLARS ($40,000.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc.
       relative to design services for the upgrade and expansion of the
       19th Street Pump Station for a contract amount not to exceed
       $40,000.00.
